Troop 163 Milpitas California

We are Troop 163 and we are a boy run troop. We have a troop meeting every week. We do fun trips like hikes, backpacking, and camping. We like to go to camp different places every year. We go to a week long summer camp and get to learn about nature, pioneering, and other useful skills.

This was the time our whole troop did the Clavey. The Clavey is a fourteen mile backpacking trip. It was a very hard backing trip since it was the first backpacking trip for a couple of scouts. The hardest part was going up because we were going up three thousand feet in elevation. It was a fun trip.

This was the time our troop went to Mt. Tamapias. It was a short eight mile on a hot summer day. Their wasn't any shade there, but their was a visitor center were we could take a rest.
